Photography consent

Disclaimer

In order that we can protect your interests (and/or those of your child, if applicable), and to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, please read the Conditions of Use set out below, then answer the following questions in the Consent section.
 
Please note that this consent form applies to any time that you are (or, where applicable, your child is) present on any premises belonging to or occupied by The Little Car Company Limited (trading as The Little Car Company), during such time as you are (or, where applicable your child is) participating in any photo shoot arranged or organised by The Little Car Company and shall continue to apply to any photographs or videos taken under such circumstances.
 
Consent forms will be kept on file by The Little Car Company and should you at any time wish to change, modify or revoke the consent you have given please notify The Little Car Company immediately in writing.
 
We note that your consent must be a freely given, specific, informed and an unambiguous indication of your wishes. There must be a clear affirmative action showing your consent. Also, consent can be removed or modified at any time and you may instruct The Little Car Company to return or destroy any personal data relating to you (or your child, to the extent applicable.

CONDITIONS OF USE

1.  You, parents or carers may withdraw permission, in writing, at any time and without cause. Consent must be given in writing and will be kept on record by The Little Car Company.
 
2. You and The Little Car Company note that unless you withdraw your consent, photographs or videos of you (or, where applicable, your child) may remain on websites and/or social media feeds owned or operated by The Little Car Company or its licensor partners and may continue to be used by The Little Car Company or its licensor partners in promotional material. 
 
3. The Little Car Company will not use the personal contact details or full names (which means first name and surname) of any adult or child in a photographic image or video or in any printed publication.
 
4. We will only use images or videos of adults or children who are suitably dressed.
 
5. You. parents and carers should note that websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the UK, where English law applies.
 
6. The Little Car Company cannot be responsible for all parents/carers/relatives at events. Such persons may take photographs or videos which unintentionally include images of you or of other children. These images or videos may appear subsequently on social media. In these circumstances The Little Car Company will not be liable.

CONSENT

1. Do you give your permission for your photograph and/or video images of you to be used in publications by or on behalf of The Little Car Company, including but not limited to publication on websites and social media accounts owned or operated by The Little Car Company?

2. If applicable, do you give your permission for your child's photograph and/or video images of your child to be used in publications by or on behalf of The Little Car Company, including but not limited to publication on websites and social media accounts owned or operated by The Little Car Company?

3. Do you give permission for other agencies (e.g. photographers) linked with or instructed by The Little Car Company to take/use photographs and/or videos of you and/or your child (if applicable) as part of an event/publication?

4. If applicable, do you give permission for your child to be photographed/videoed by other parents during events organised by The Little Car Company?

5. Do you give your permission for your image (or, if applicable, your child’s image) to be used by or on behalf of The Little Car Company or its licensor partners in promotional material (whether public or private, printed or otherwise) and in the media?

I have read and understand the conditions of use attached to this form. I understand that I have to ask permission from other parents at an event organised by The Little Car Company if their child is on a photograph or video taken by me, before uploading it onto a social media site.
