You will get this quest if you release Rico, who you can meet in Whoreson Junior's casino while doing the Get Junior quest.
Geralt freed a halfling named Rico from certain and painful death at the hands of thugs in Whoreson Junior's casino. The halfling promised Geralt his employer - the King of Beggars - would repay the witcher for this help.
Quest stages of Honor Among Thieves
1. Collect a reward from the King of Beggars for freeing Rico.
Head back to Putrid Grove, talk to Francis Bedlam and claim your reward from him. You will receive the random quality Eirlithrad (Silver Sword) and Freya's Warriors' armor (Light Armor).
It turned out even thieves have honor. Rico had not lied - the King of Beggars truly did reward Geralt handsomely for the services rendered to his subordinate.
